These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all goods and services (“Products”) supplied by Sasy n Savy Pty Ltd (“Sasy n Savy”) to business customers (“Customer”). By placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms in full.
No order is binding until accepted by Sasy n Savy. All quotes are valid for 30 days.
Acceptance may be for all or part of an order. Partial deliveries constitute separate contracts.
Orders cannot be cancelled or varied after acceptance. If cancelled, a 100% cancellation fee plus any associated costs applies.
Credit is subject to satisfactory approval, which may be withdrawn at any time.
Where credit is not granted or withdrawn, payment in full is required before delivery.
Payment is required before delivery unless other wise terms are provided. Payment must be made in full, without deduction or set-off.
Ownership of Products remains with Sasy n Savy until full payment is received. Risk passes on delivery, all pricing is based on ex works.
Sasy n Savy reserves the right to charge for delivery, pallets, or discharge fees at any time.
Administrative fees may apply for orders under a minimum value.
Overdue accounts may incur interest at 5%.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, only with a prior written credit number issued by Sasy n Savy.
Returns must meet all of the following:
In original, unopened packaging, of current design or supply, and saleable condition.
Returned at the Customer’s expense.
Risk remains with the Customer until received by Sasy n Savy.
Specially ordered or customised Products are non-returnable.
A restocking or return fee may apply.
Customer is responsible for final approval of artwork, sampling, packaging, and ingredient suitability. Sasy n Savy is not liable for financial losses resulting from Customer-provided materials.
Indent orders may vary ±15%, and lead times may differ from order placement.
Custom stock must be purchased within 14 days of request, or storage fees of $30 per pallet/week + GST apply.
Except as required by law, all warranties are excluded.
Liability for defective Products is limited, at Sasy n Savy’s option, to:
Goods: replacement, repair, or reimbursement of cost.
Services: resupply or reimbursement of cost.
Sasy n Savy is not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
Valid 3 years from issue, redeemable in-store or online.
Non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless stated.
Partial payment with remaining balance via another method is allowed.
Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.
The Customer must pay all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Except export orders GST will not apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Parties submit to the jurisdiction of courts in New South Wales.
Failure or delay by Sasy n Savy to exercise any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges that the Products are supplied under these Terms.
