Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please keep this email as proof of purchase.
We are happy to include delivery instructions exactly as you request. If you choose Authority to Leave (ATL) and are not at home at the time of delivery, responsibility for the parcel lies with you. If you have concerns, please contact us immediately. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
All orders are assigned automatic tracking information.
If your order has not arrived, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
International orders are sent via international courier, which includes tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched.
If you request alternative international shipping methods, tracking may not be available. In such cases, Sasy n Savy cannot guarantee delivery and is not responsible for lost or untracked international orders.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business day. We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Once dispatched, delivery time will depend on the delivery service selected. Within Australia, shipping generally takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location. For international orders, please allow additional time for transit and customs clearance.
Please check all items upon arrival to ensure they match your order.
If you receive an incorrect item, do not open the product. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been opened, tampered with, or are not in original condition.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 4 days of delivery. Do not dispose of the item, as we will require proof such as photos emailed to us.

At checkout, you can choose your preferred shipping method: Australia Post or Courier Service.
We ship internationally via Australia Post or international couriers, both of which include tracking.
Some international parcels may be held by Customs and require an additional release fee. Please check your country’s customs regulations before placing your order. Sasy n Savy is not responsible for customs fees, delays, or rejected parcels.
Only items purchased directly from the Sasy n Savy website may be returned to sasynsavy.com for a refund or exchange. Items purchased through department stores, specialty retailers, or other stockists must be returned to the original place of purchase.
If you make an error when ordering, we are happy to exchange the item for the one you intended to purchase.
The item must be unopened, unused, and in original saleable condition.
You are responsible for shipping and any additional postage charges.
