Our Unwind Essential Oil blend assists to reduce nervous tension with a blend of Lavender, Patchouli, Clary Sage, Clove Leaf, and Vetiver essential oils. Patchouli is beneficial in relieving depression, easing stress or anxiety. When applied to skin it may assist in the treatment of dermatitis, problematic or dry skin. It’s been known to relieve physical ailments including headaches, colds and stomach troubles including appetite control. Clary Sage is recognised for its ability to enhance relaxation, clarity, and calm.

Massage: Add 5-10 drops with Carrier Oil. Apply to face or body.
Bath: Add 2-4 drops in full drawn bath or corner of a shower.
Vaporiser: Add 10 – 15 drops to the Sasy n Savy electrical vaporiser.
Inhaling: Few drops on a tissue or hot water, with a towel over your head.
