Massage Oils

Essential oils are easily absorbed through the skin and work great when massaged into the skin. Add five drops of your favorite Sasy n Savy 100% pure essential oil to your carrier oil and shake well. Rub the mixture between your hands and massage the area of your choice.

TIP: if you rub the oil into the soles of your feet, it will penetrate every cell in your body in 20 minutes.
